The fastest way to reach us is by email. We typically respond within one business day.

Align (iOS app)

Align is our mobile app for business calls, texts, video meetings, and time tracking. If you run into an issue, email hello@bottleneck.io and include:

  • The email address you use to sign in
  • Your organization name
  • A short description of the problem and, if possible, a screenshot

Signing in

You can sign in to Align with Sign in with Apple, Google, or your email. Align requires an organization account — if you don't have one yet, contact your team administrator or email us to get set up.

Managing or deleting your account

You can permanently delete your account from within the app:

  • Open Settings in the Align app
  • Tap Delete Account and confirm

This permanently removes your account and access. You can also email privacy@bottleneck.io with the subject "Data Deletion Request" to request deletion. See our Privacy Policy for details.
